Cultural Awareness & Capability Training

At Yadeni Consulting, we deliver transformative Cultural Awareness and Capability Training designed to build understanding, respect, and appreciation for First Nations cultures. Grounded in Indigenous perspectives, our training programs help participants deepen their knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultural practices, and contemporary issues. Through interactive sessions, we encourage open dialogue and deep listening to foster genuine engagement and reflection.

Our tailored approach ensures that training is relevant to your organisation’s unique context, empowering teams to develop the cultural competency needed to create more inclusive and respectful workplaces. By equipping participants with the knowledge and skills to strengthen relationships with First Nations Peoples, we help organisations drive meaningful change. Whether your team is just beginning its cultural learning journey or building on existing knowledge, Yadeni Consulting’s training provides a powerful pathway toward a deeper connection with Australia’s First Peoples.

Our Partnership with Turrbal Dippil

At Yadeni Consulting, we are proud to partner with Turrbal Dippil, a Brisbane Traditional Owner business, to deliver a truly place-based and localised Cultural Awareness & Capability Training program. Through this partnership, we are able to offer Brisbane-based clients a deeper understanding of the rich cultural heritage of the Turrbal people, the Traditional Custodians of Brisbane. By collaborating with Turrbal Elders, our training goes beyond general knowledge to provide a deeply immersive experience that explores local histories, customs, and perspectives. This allows participants to connect meaningfully with the unique cultural identity of the Turrbal people, fostering respect and enhancing cultural competency that is directly relevant to the Brisbane region. Through this collaboration, we ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of cultural education, informed by Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing that is authentically grounded in the local context.
